Appointments & Deposits

All bookings are secured once confirmation is received.

I ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure we have the full allocated time to achieve your desired look.
Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans can change. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total cost of your booked service.
Service Time & Overtime

My service prices are based on the time required to complete each look to a professional standard.

Should an appointment run over the allotted time, an overtime fee of £10 will be charged for every 20 minutes.
